💙Blueberries 💙 This little berry is high in antioxidants that support mental wellbeing and is anti-inflammatory. High in vitamin C which helps with iron absorption and the immune system. They are also great for hydration 💧  👧 My toddler likes them frozen as a snack. Great in smoothies. In porridge. 👶 For babies you can squash them or blend them with yoghurt. It’s a great food for food play with its vibrant purple and squishy / cold texture. Food talk 🗣️ (Toddlers) purple foods are good for our brain. It helps us learn and be happy. They also help to fight germs. Sometimes blueberries can be sweet and sometimes sour. Did you want to try one and see if it sweet or sour? (Primary school) purple foods have antioxidants that support our emotions. (Pre-teens) Blueberries are high in antioxidants which mean they are good for our immune system and helps us fight illness.
