It’s the medicinal properties of Bok choy that has my heart. It’s a strong detoxifier, contains anti-cancer phytochemicals, it’s anti-inflammatory and immune boosting.
The best way to have Bok Choy (personal opinion) is in a green smoothie. It’s such a fresh, light and tasty vegetable that goes perfect in smoothies
💚 Recipe - 1 frozen banana - leaves from 1 bok choy (wash the dirt off) - coconut water - hemp seeds - frozen mango
